Apartments are gone in three days. It’s not the first to find it that gets it
The one the landlord picks wins. We put your file together and call before the listing goes live and negotiate in the local language. First, see what your budget can get you.

Six cities, each with its own market
At every showroom — how many rooms your budget buys by neighbourhood, and what the same the same unfurnished, and what simply doesn’t exist at that price point. You can browse free and without registration.
Spain

Barcelona
Over five years, rents have risen 93%: from €15.7 to €27.7/m² per month. An apartment stays on the market for about three days.

Madrid
The market moves quickly, but is not as cutthroat as Barcelona. The key difference: furnished vs. unfurnished barely affects the price here.

Valencia
The most accessible of the major Spanish markets: a three-bedroom here costs what a one-bedroom costs in Barcelona.

Alicante
The market is seasonal: in summer landlords hold out for tourists and raise prices; in winter long-term rentals get cheaper.

Marbella
In summer, part of the rental stock shifts to short-term lets, and long-term options become noticeably scarcer.

Service
Why this apartment isn’t on the portal
After listing, the owner gets 200 calls in 24 hours. They stop listing. and hands the apartment to someone through personal connections — via a concierge, property manager or neighbour. We are part of that circle and bring one person with a complete file instead of a queue.
1 month’s rent
cost of the service, plus VAT 21 %
Calculated on the rate of the property you ultimately rent. Until the agreement no — there is nothing to calculate from.
40 % / 1 000 €
first payment, before work begins
40 % cost of the service before work begins, in Barcelona — 1 000 €, in Valencia and Alicante — 726 € VAT included. Included in the price, not on top of it; the balance is due at signing the tenancy agreement. We search until you move in.
Before move-in
guarantee
We handle it 40–100+ properties and keep searching until you move in. The service not provided — we refund the first payment. Terms →
What the search itself costs
1,450 – 5,050 €
This is not the cost of the service — it is money for accommodation during the search. From a different country is nearly impossible to rent from abroad: the owner wants to meet the person and documents. That’s why people fly in and stay in short-term rentals right up until in serviced apartments — paying per night while they search.
- 21 night × 70 €1,450 €if the apartment was found within 3 weeks
- 42 night × 120 €5,050 €if the search has stretched to 6 weeks

With us, you land straight in your own home
Zero short-term rental nights. We start looking before you arrive: while you pack your bags, we view apartments, handle negotiations with the owners and review the agreement before signing. You fly in once once — and straight into your own apartment.
The service costs roughly the same as those weeks in an apartment. The difference is that you end up with keys, not another month of searching.
Already on the ground — we work in parallel so you can move out of short-term rentals sooner.
The showroom is a price window, not a service. View it, property listings and ask the first question with no payment and no registration. We charge only for a personalised search based on your criteria.
A specific apartment, a below-market price, and timelines that don’t depend on us. We take on as many requests per city as we can close on time: if the queue is full, we will say so immediately rather than keep you waiting.
