In brief

We collect only what is strictly necessary to respond to your request: what name to to contact and where to write. We do not sell or share this data advertising networks, data brokers and third-party companies.

Who processes the data

What data we collect

What you specify yourself — in the request form, in the search questionnaire, or in the property card form: your name, contact details (Telegram, WhatsApp, phone or email), answers about the purpose of purchase, budget, country and timeframe, your comment. Only contact details are required — without them we cannot reply.

Anonymised visit statistics — via Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics: pages you came from and viewed, device type device, approximate region. We use this to understand which sections of the site are useful and which are not.

We do not request or store passport details, card numbers, or bank accounts via the website. If such documents are needed for a transaction, they are requested by the manager in a private conversation, and only at the stage when it is genuinely needed.

What this data is used for

To reach you, clarify your request, find options, and guide you through the process the transaction and answer questions after it. By submitting a request, you agree to the processing of the provided data for these purposes.

Who receives them

Requests submitted on the website come straight into our internal Telegram working chat — only SVOY HOME staff can see. If the task requires a local specialist (a local agent, lawyer, notary), we pass your contact to them only after they have confirmed they are ready to take on the task, and in the volume required for the work. Until that point, the executor sees only the the task without your contact details.

Technically, data passes through the services we use: Telegram (request forwarding), Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics (analytics), Cloudflare (site delivery). Each of them processes data under their own terms.

How long we store them

Correspondence and requests — for as long as it is needed to work with you and for a reasonable period thereafter later, to return to the history of the question. You can at any time request deletion of their data.

Your rights

You can request what data we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw consent consent to processing and request deletion. Write to [email protected] — we’ll respond and handle your request.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies from Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics. These can be disabled in your browser settings — the site will continue to work — we will simply stop seeing anonymised statistics your visits.

Yandex Metrica is enabled Webvisor: it records anonymised actions on the page — cursor movements, scrolling, clicks, and the sequence of open sections. This is needed to see where the interface gets in the way, not to monitor people. The record is tied to an anonymised browser identifier, not to your name. The contents form fields — name, phone, Telegram — in the record does not apply: these data reaches us only when you yourself click ’submit’. Recording can be disabled in the same place as the other trackers — in the settings browser or ad blocker.

Saved

Properties you have added to your favourites are stored only in yours browser (localStorage) and are not sent to our servers. Clearing browser data deletes this list.

Changes

If the policy changes, we will update the text and the date at the top of the page.
